Generally, for the first time installer some of the user faces blank detail layout. No images, description etc.

Detail layout has different positions, where we can assign what to be displayed at specified location. The default location are auto set during the time of activation but sometime it is not updated and hence results in empty layouts.

There is 2 types of layout, basic & complex. You have to see in your settings what detail layout you have selected and edit according to it.
Change –Hide– into Location of selected elements
